Direct Controls specialises in building automation, delivering HVAC and Building Energy Management Systems to prime residential, commercial and industrial clients throughout the UK and internationally for over 30 years.

Services

Panel Manufacture

In-house manufacturing facility producing the very best quality control panels. Control panels range from small wall mounted cubicles to large compartmentalized distribution centres conforming to forms 1,2,3,4 according to the project requirements.

Design

Full system and software design to control every application of plant installed. Surveys and consultation with mechanical designers to ensure best approaches employed.

Integration

With the controls market constantly changing and evolving, Direct Controls are committed to keeping up with the market and the customer requirements. We have the knowledge base to be able to Integrate the Building management system with any of the network protocols or controls Manufacturers listed below. This enables the client to gain closer control, the maximum information on the plant installed so that the buildings can be run as cost effectively as possible.

Commissioning

Controls commissioning and demonstration to client upon completion. Full plant operation & point-point checks followed by software proving and setpoint verification. On-site training to client of equipment installed. Our engineers are manufacturer trained and certified, including the TREND EXPERT accreditation to all of our BMS engineers.

Maintenance

Ongoing PPM of systems to maintain optimum efficiency. Bureau monitoring of plant alarms. Remote auto-dialling to suitable sites to provide instant analysis and spot checks.

Electrical Installation

Complete or partial electrical installation according to project requirements. All installations carried out in accordance with the latest edition of the IEE regulations. Direct Control Systems Ltd is a NICEIC approved installer providing certification upon completion.
